An Afternoon on a Hill

I had the pleasure of photographing this beautiful blue-eyed family at Harris Hill Amusement Park in Elmira, New York last week. What a gorgeous evening! The weather held up for us while the kids played on the rides and ran around through the wooded area. It's a beautiful place, especially the overlook at Harris Hill Soaring Center. For those of you who don't know, Elmira is "the soaring capital of the United States." Definitely worth a visit! Hope you enjoy the pictures!!

Mother and Daughter

Aubree and I made a little trip back north to visit and photograph some of our friends in the Horseheads/Elmira, New York area. Jill and I have been trying to link up for the past few months to take Abbie's 5 year old pictures. With fears of rain storms lurking we came up with some fun indoor backup plans, but luckily we ended up with beautiful weather the morning of. The girls and I met up at Tanglewood Nature Center for a fun photo session to capture this time in Abbie's life. It was a blast!! I truly enjoyed watching the interaction of this beautiful mother and daughter. Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I did taking them!

Mark & Angie + 3 1/2

Mark and Angie will be welcoming their fourth child in a couple of weeks! They decided to take a quick break from their busy schedules to capture this moment before the little guy gets here. We had a blast and the kids were great sports despite the last minute snow shower a couple days earlier and bitter temperature the day of. We even had a tooth fall out! Thanks guys! Happy 1st Birthday Cole!

I had a blast taking these photos of Cole, who is exactly one week older than Aubree, a few weeks ago. It was a quick session in the snow, but we made the best of the freezing temperatures. Definitely worth it!

For the vintage inspired shoot, Cole is wearing an outfit that was worn by his grandfather a few years back. What a cutie!!

Baby Miles

Our dear friends welcomed their baby boy at the beginning of February, just a few days after our daughter's first birthday. I had a blast photographing him when he was just twelve days old! Congrats Sean and Sarah! He's perfect!! Looking forward to many play dates!

Bouncing Baby Boy

My husband and I are very fortunate to have a wonderful group of friends to share life's amazing events. Sean and Sarah are one of those couples. Our husbands played football for Navy, overlapped tours in Japan, Sarah and I were proposed to just months apart and married a year later, and now we are getting to share the joys of pregnancy and parenthood one year apart! Our baby girl will celebrate her first birthday next week with Sean and Sarah's little boy making his debut any day. We cannot wait to meet him and to finally learn his name! We love you and wish you all the best!!
